We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from Cyrene. Below you’ll find how our processing times, shipping windows, and custom pieces work — in plain language.

Processing times

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak times or new collection launches, this can extend slightly as we carefully check each piece before it leaves our hands.

Estimated delivery windows (non-custom pieces)

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Other international destinations: timing varies by location and carrier

These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and holidays.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Some pieces — especially custom designs or personalized items — require a little extra time.

• Please allow up to 10–14 days total from order to delivery for custom or made-to-order styles.
• If your order contains both custom and non-custom items, we may ship them together once everything is ready.

We’ll always show any extended timelines on the product page so there are no surprises.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).
• Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays & lost packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control, but we’re here to help. If your order seems stuck in transit, reply to your order email with your order number and we’ll look into it.
